What Rebecca Gawthorne eats in a day

Dietician & the face behind @nourish_naturally, Rebecca Gawthorne shares her day on a plate with She Does This

Please note:

This is what “I” eat in a day. It does not mean that you need to eat this way.

This way of eating suits me, my health and nutrition needs and my lifestyle.

Here are some important things about the way I eat:

  • I eat intuitively, which means what I eat day to day can differ. I don’t count calories or macros. If I’m hungrier one day, I will eat more, and if I’m not as hungry on other days, I’ll eat less.

  • I’m currently breastfeeding which increases my nutrient requirements.

  • I love the way that I eat with lots of plant foods and it makes me feel energetic and healthy.

  • This is an example of what I eat in a day and it changes day to day.

Breakfast

Fruit Smoothie made with banana, soy milk, 1 small tub Activia Dairy-free Oat Probiotic Yoghurt, hemp seeds, spinach & soy milk - The Activia Oat Probiotic yoghurt is a great plant-based yoghurt packed with billions of probiotics and I love that its 100% dairy free, it ensures my body is getting a source of bacteria and fibre, all while low in added sugar.
