Lightweight makeup is a must: I believe less is more; for everyday makeup, I apply a light base, a touch of blush, lip tint, a lash curler and a dab of powder in the t-zone.

I also notice a huge difference in my skin, overall energy levels and mood when I drink lots of water and exercise.
Often, we neglect this. I’m also one of those people who refuses to drink plain water, so I normally flavour it with some fruits or a Hairy Lemon tablet. This is fun for Summer. When it comes to exercise, I love me a long run!
